Jessica Price Smith is the first African-American female judge to serve on the United States Bankruptcy Court, ³Ô¹ÏÍ·Ìõ911District of Ohio. Before being appointed to the judgeship, she built a successful law career in Cleveland practicing commercial and bankruptcy law, becoming the first African-American partner in the 90-year history of the law firm Brouse McDowell, LLP.
